STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS
- All Students who have not turned in their Emergency Packets will serve Saturday school! Please turn the packets into the main office ASAP!
- Would you like a free donut and nifty t-shirt? If you answered yes then you would be the perfect candidate for donating blood to someone in need. The first blood drive of the year is taking place on September 10th. You must be 16 and weigh 110 pounds in order to donate. You need a signed permission slip which you can pick up and return in Mr. Wolcott's room and the counseling office. Your compliance is greatly appreciated.
- Student Body Cards will be sold today during lunch in the Quad. Kaitlin Brice and Jagpreet Sandhar will be selling. The student Body cards provide free admission to all home athletic events except playoff games. People buying their cards before September 17th also receive $5 off of their yearbook purchase, $5 off of Prom Bids, and $5 of credit for the snack bar.
- The Band needs 3 volunteers to carry our banner in the Labor Day Parade next Monday. See Mr. Pitter on the multi-use room before school if you would like to help out with this event for school spirit!
- The weather is warming up again, so wouldn't a root beer float be nice on Friday after school? The Junior class will be selling root beer floats Friday after school in the quad for $2. The money will support your prom.
- The Labor Day Parade could use 2 or 3 more people to help with the Pancake Breakfast after 8:00 am. Not to late to put an entry in the parade. Volunteers are needed to sell spirit wear, call Patricia 530-682-8027.

- Volleyball game today @ Colusa at 5:30. First Home game for Volleyball Friday, Sept. 3rd at 5:30 vs. Marysville.
- Football game Friday, Sept. 3rd @ Rio Vista. Jv at 5:30, Varsity at 7:30.
CLUBS
- Attention All Freshman: The Greenhand Conference will be held on Sept. 29th at the Colusa Fair Grounds! If you plan on attending you must turn your permission slip into Mrs. Goss or Katie Moos as soon as possible! Only the first 35 people that turn their permission slip can attend because of limited seating.
