• Weekly Update for Nov 3-8th

On Friday Ocotber 31st. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m. and lunch will not be served. 

Sutter County will be hosting a free flu clinic tomorrow in the MPR from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The clinic is open to everyone. Students are welcome to attend with a signed consent form. A consent form is attached below, and additional copies are available in the front office.

Completed forms must be brought to the front office in the morning and filled out in full in order to receive the vaccine.
No appointment is necessary—walk-ins are welcome.

We are just wanting to remind families that tomorrow Thursday, June 5th is Pool Day at the SSRA pool here in Nicolaus. All students have been given a permission slip to attend Pool Day and should have returned it to the front office by now. If they haven't please have them bring the permission slip tomorrow to school and turn it immediately into the front office. We have attached a copy of the permission slip for you if you need it. We also want to let you know for students that are wanting to get checked out before the end of pool day we will have a van available starting at 12:30pm to take them back to the high school. Otherwise they are at the pool until 1:30pm in which they will be brought back to the school by a bus. If you need your child checked out earlier than 12:30pm you or someone on their emergency card can pick them up at the SSRA pool after speaking with the front office or an administrator to get checked out properly. 

We have two more days left of school. School gets out tomorrow at 2:00pm and on Friday at 12:55pm. We hope that you all have a wonderful Summer Break! We are almost done!

This is East Nicolaus Message for the Week of Week of June 2nd - June 6th

Students, we are asking you to please bring your chromebook and charger to school on Monday, June 2nd. This is so the school can make sure that the chromebook and charger that is in your possession is actually yours before we go out for summer break. We are finding that some students don't have the chromebook and charger that was originally assigned to them.

Please remember the following dates and times for the remainder of the school year:

• Finals are approaching. Finals are taking place June 2nd - June 4th. We have provided you with the schedule so you can reference. On these finals days school gets dismissed at 2:10pm.

• Pool Day Schedule: Thursday, June 5th school dismissal at 2:00pm

• Last Day of School Schedule: Friday, June 6th school dismissal at 12:55pm

Graduation week is here for the Class of 2025. We want to remind our community that our graduation ceremony for the Class of 2025 is taking place on June 6th, 2025 at 7:30pm at Wahl Field. 

As a reminder expectations for the ceremony are:

*Not to engage in disruptive activities during the ceremony. No beach balls, silly string, noise makers, throwing of any objects, and no visitors are allowed onto the grass area/stage area at any time while the ceremony is taking place. 

*Not to carry anything onto the field nor adorn the cap or gown with any decorations.  Approved cords and sashes that were earned and handed out at the awards banquets at ENHS are acceptable.

*Graduates will be dressed according to guidelines set forth by the school: dress, skirt or skort and blouse, dress pants, collared shirt, tie (optional), dress shoes.

We look forward to celebrating the ENHS Class of 2025 Friday, June 6th at 7:30pm. Gates will open at 6:00pm for the 7:30pm ceremony. EZ up type of shade structures are not permitted into the stadium.  Folding chairs are allowed.

Week of May 26th - May 30th

This is East Nicolaus’message for the Week of May 26th - May 30th

Remember there is no school on Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day. School will resume instruction on Tuesday, May 27th.  

Sports Physical Night for the upcoming 2025- 2026 School Year will be held on May 27th with female athletes at 5:30pm and male athletes at 6:30pm in the East Nicolaus MPR. Cost is $20 and you can pay cash at the door. Please have your student athletes come to this Sports Physical Night to get cleared for the upcoming school year! 

The music program received 1st place in their competition earlier this month! Way to go BAND!!! They have their Spring Music Program starting at 6:00pm on May 29th. 

We will be offering math tutoring for any students that need assistance with math. Math Tutoring is offered Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
